man there are a lot of real good progressive rock and metal bands that come from Italy.check out Dante,Deadalus and Ivanhoe this is another. this is there 1st album but honestly I don't know a lot about them other than i like this album. .It is much more in the rock vein that metal,but you can toss out the usual comparisons to yes , Genesis , Marrilion its not here in any large amount.you can always make comparisons but to me this very original even the Beatles cover . It does have some nice 70s sound in parts. What can I say I like it I think you will to. So take it from Vinny the old Hippy once again,and always remember and never forget I just Know these things.
