He's added his touch and emotion which for me, has enhanced the feelings and memories these songs already bring. I hope he releases some of "the bits" he's said he has "lying around". This collection will not disappoint anyone who loves listening to the very talented Phil Collins or loves these songs, the cool songs of the 60s /early 70s and Motown hits.
