This book is a waste of money. It is so bad that I am not even taking it to the local thrift store. It is going straight to the recycle bin. It was obviously written by someone whose first language is not English. The grammar and phrasing are so bad that it is difficult to determine if the author actually knows what he is talking about.Example from page 15: One of the usual symptoms of pregnancy is returned ache, specifically in the decreased lower back. This is a result of the maximum of more weight inside the decreased stomach which makes it tougher to hold the returned immediately and aligned.Also on page 15 – a reference to “sneezing muscles”. I have several back issues but I have never had a sneezing muscle.Chapters 4, 5 and 6 on exercises for pain relief have no pictures and it is very difficult to visualize some of the positions. Finally, it should be noted that some of these exercises seem quite intense for someone with back pain to undertake without the direction of a medical professional.Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.
