This is a real gem! The relief I got after just the first use was amazing! I wish I had gotten this years ago. I'm even purchasing one for my best friend this year for Christmas. I bought mine during Prime days. I had been having a lot of lower back pain and this popped up as a deal, so I figured why not give it a try? It is simple to set up and use, and it immediately made my back feel so much better. I love that it times out after about 15 minutes, otherwise I'd probably never turn it off! It is easy to move around to hit whatever areas you need. It worked well for my shoulders also. I only give it four stars because I could use more heat, but I am less sensitive to heat so it may just be me.I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and always have pain in my neck as well as my back, so after a while of searching the web I stumbled across this massager, and I am so glad I did!So easy to use I didn't even need to look at the instructions, has different modes as well a heating function and all for a fraction of the cost compared to other massagers. I am able to not only use it in 3 different size chairs at home with ease but also use it on the go while driving in my car which is simply amazing for me. Usually after a while of me using massagers they go bad, but after a couple months of using it daily this massager has been extremely durable and is still like brand new.All in all it relieves my pain at a fraction of the cost compared to others, lasts a long time, and am able to use it on the go in the car. Strongly recommendRight out of the package, the massager was easy to hook up and use. It comes with an instruction manual, but I honestly haven't even needed to open it. The timer mode is nice...it goes through two different types of massages 3 times each, and then automatically shuts off. It's easy to turn it back on again with the convenient remote.The only thing I haven't liked so far is that the middle portion of the massager seems to "cut" into my back a bit when I'm using it to massage my neck. I'm not sure if the cord is getting in the way or if I'm just doing something wrong, but over all I am very pleased. I have an arthritic neck and sometimes massages make it feel worse instead of better. This one just makes it feel better.This product is very effective in relieving my lower back pain. I also place it on a foot stool and let it massage my calves after being on my feet a lot. The heating element works great. This back and neck massager works better on a chair or foot stool than a couch, I believe. I wish the massaging part of the massager covered the entirety of the back rest. But, for the price, it brings a lot of comfort and heat to my tired bones after a hard day. I would recommend it for the price.I bought this in a hurry because my neck and upper back .were really sore, at the beginning I was skeptical, but willing to take the risk. First, I ordered around midnight, I got it early in the morning and by the evening my pain had gradually gone down. I keep on using often, and didn't need to pay a chiropractor because this massager did its job. The best purchase, great price, and you can massage your foot too, this is great!!!I am so happy with this back and neck massager. I use it while I work at my desk and it makes sitting at my computer so much more comfortable. It’s so versatile I can use it for my back or my neck when I start feeling sore and the heat function helps ease my muscles and stiff neck. I would recommend this for anyone who has neck or back pain while sitting or just in general.So with this thing, you have to be careful and limit your time with it. It works really well and it’s pretty intense. It does help relieve your pain and rub out any knots you may have. But again, limit your time with it or you will feel like someone hit you with their car lol.I am 82 yo and suffer from every illness that you could imagine. I live with constant neck and lower back pain. But no longer. My massage pillow works wonders. The pain was gone in 15 minutes and has not returned in over 3 hours. And it is cheaper than a massage chair. I can't say too much about my new toy.
