I really like and appreciate official Google store cases using recycled content plastics but it's really hard to justify paying 3x the cost. I did it for my other white pixel but I really like the color of my current one and don't want to hide it so this clear case is perfect. Not slippery at all compared to the phone material finish. My last case like this lasted the life of the phone (3+ yrs) and kept it in pristine condition so I expect this to do the same. The bezel is small enough that it doesn't interfere with Android gestures and I actually use the little kickstand so it's perfect for my purposes.
