I was SO excited to order this bag in the grape wine color. Like so excited. I thought it was going to be such a statement piece. The package says grape wine. The tag says grape wine. The bag itself? Tan. Ugh. Now I just see disappointment when I look at it. I reached out to the seller, as I'm wondering if it's ALL tan bags inside grape labeled boxes, but they haven't responded.The good: it really is a great bag. It's well made, it's well packaged, and it looks and feels like something you would get in a high end department store. There just isn't any guarantee that you'll get it in the color that you want. That uncertainty, paired with the wrong color and lack of response by the seller means I can't really recommend this bag. Sadly, I probably won't be using the bag in this color and worse, I cannot order a replacement because there is no guarantee it will be the right color either.
