Got this for my husband. Power lifter and yah these made him feel like The Rock! He has gotten lots of compliments and asked where he got his tanks. Amazon win!It is a great looking shirt that will accentuate your muscles, but if you run more than 5 miles your nipples will be raw and in pain from the shirt guaranteed!! To sum it up, great for gym workouts, not for runs longer than 3 miles!
