Simple and cost effective. From the moment I put this thing on I could tell a difference. It took a while to get use to putting it on and taking it off without help, but now I’m able to slide it on like a t-shirt. The key is to get the straps evenly lined up. It’s great for long work days and it’s the perfect compliment to my standing desk. The brace helps to alleviate my mid and lower back pain and keeps me from slouching especially while sitting. From the beginning I could tell the difference. I’ve also used it with an arm sling which helps to reduce the strain on your neck and shoulders. I did find it somewhat uncomfortable while driving, so just be mindful to remove before getting behind the wheel.Was small even though i got one for my wife and myself so 2EA different sizes none work for my wife or IMy girlfriend got it for me, this looks really awesome and works very well. I am 6 feet and I got size L, it fits. I am working in front of computer the whole day, and sometimes it just hard to always keep the right position and which is not good for health. When I got this, I am super exciting because I was looking for this kind of product. I tried it on and really helps. When I am siting or standing wearing this, it forced my back stay straight. I hope I will have a better looking by using it. :)The straps do not stay in place, slide off, get twisted. Did not know what the 2 pads were for int I read some reviews here. No instructions on how long to use it for. Ended up using for over 2 hours the second day and hurt my neck and shoulder, armpits. Can't say anything else good about this product.
