It's soft, but runs very small. The size of the footbed itself is fine, but the straps are so low-profile that the foot cannot squeeze in, or be strapped on. Also, the straps are thick, but not very wide, so the way they wrap around the foot to hold it down against the footbed is not as stable as it looks; it's like flimsy ties holding onto your foot as your foot tries to escape with every step. Had to return.
