The directions say to use this sparingly, like 20-30 minutes per day to get used to it, but this felt so good the first time I put it on, I have been wearing in for 8-16 hours a day with no problems for a month. The straps are very easy to adjust and tighten. If your arms feel like they start to hurt, the strap is too tight. I wear this on the outside of my shirt or fleece sweater, but it is also very concealable if you put in under your sweater. I do not recommend that you wear this directly on the skin because it can pinch, where a shirt gives it a layer of cushion.To take off, just re-attach the Velcro to the lowest position so you don't have to find the straps when putting this back onAll I can say is if you are trying to get your posture on point this thing will make you stand up straight.Took a minute to figure out the straps bit as soon as I tightened it up I felt the difference.Had it on for most of the day and it was comfy enough to drive in. Went for a walk with it on and it comfortable as well.I find myself sitting more upright even the day after without it on.Great buyI bought this posture corrector because I have started working online from home and often find myself crouching forward to write or type. If you have any back pain and your shoulders roll forward even a little, you need to try one of these. I suffered for 9 years. Physical therapy, back rolling wheel,exercises, massage, chiropractor, doctor's visits, x-rays, $1200 chairs, wife walking on my back, pain meds....Then I read about how slouching forward stretches your back muscles while tightening your chest muscles and cartilage, and I realized that this could be part of my problem. I bought this and within 4 days my back pain was gone....100% gone...9 years I suffered. Now I'm 18 days in and my life is so so so much better.Interestingly I developed this problem while being a martial artist...I got my black belt while living with this pain..I was in good shape, strong, and had worked out my back....I was told I had back muscle atrophy from sitting at work by a sports physical therapist and did a year of physical therapy with chiropractic and shock therapy..... It helped a little but it didn't solve the problem. If you have back pain... Check your posture. Shoulders back, chest out, chin up. If you look or feel significantly different after doing that... Your posture could be your issue... Give one of these a shot.. They aren't super comfortable but it's worth it and you get used to it quickly. I wear mine 50% of the day or more and it's 100% worth it. For the first week, my chest cracked and pooped because the cartilage needed to stretch to its normal position, but it's getting stronger by the day... Don't delay, try this.. No doctor is ever gonna say... Your posture is the problem... Not even my renowned sports physical therapist noticed or even suggested it... Sad but true.... If you have back pain... Try one of these... It just might change your life. It did mine. I have my physical freedom back... Amazing...It does what it claims, holds your shoulders back … but the straps cause some pain/discomfort under your arms. It also rides up my back, sitting closer to my neck than what is pictured. I’ve tried loosening it but then it doesn’t hold my shoulder enough to be effective.- I'm 6 feet tall and 330lbs- I used it to correct my posture after spending too much time in front of a computer at work.- I only wore it for 20 minutes at a time a few times on the first and second days, but then I wore it for an hour at a time 5 times per day for three days at my stand up desk and my posture improved dramatically.- Be prepared to be in a lot of pain for a few days... I was immediately sore, and it lasted for three days as my back muscles adjusted to their proper posture.- For my size, I needed to extend the straps to their max and remind myself to " lead with my heart" as my chiropractor always says otherwise you will cut off the circulation to your arms, think brachial artery, and it's painful so you will know immediately- Correct usage will not be painful, but be mindful to experiment with your upright position and keep in mind that your back will be instantly sore in areas you had no idea could be sore.- Excellent value for money, as well as pain reliefI was not really expecting too much with this item. I slouch and have various back issues as a result. My wife suggested I look at these brace support units. I read all I could on them and after a few days seeing the cost to be reasonable and not going to be out $$ I ordered this one from LERAMED.This is really easy to adjust and put on once the straps are set to your size. You can slip it off on without undoing the fit. This is really good. Everyone may not be able to do it that way though.Overall I feel more upright after a few days, I do my walking with it for exercise. I'm even thinking it is a good brace to wear for practicing hitting golf balls and keeping ones shoulders more aligned. Well worth the price.These by far are my favourite bottles. East to sterilise. As they take apart you know that each component is clean. Never had an issue with them at all. Only bottles my son would take too.All packaging written in a foreign language, no English written anywhere.
