When you sit in these, the cylinder compresses by about a couple inches, unlike most adjustable chairs. That doesn't bode well for the longevity of the cylinders. I'll try to remember to update as time passes. Otherwise they look good, were easy to assemble.One other concern was that the holes were in the correct spot on the bottom of one of the seats. It isn't too terribly noticeable sitting on the stool, except that the foot rest isn't well aligned with the seat because of it.As others have mentioned, you can't really use the "back", its too far back, and too low, so that's really just decorative, but I realized that before I bought it. I do like the look.I like them. Really they are black, it grey. I was hoping they would be black like the pics. They are perfect height and width for what I need. They feel sturdy and do not lean forward. They go up and down easily. The only issue is I can tell this is the kind of material that starts peeling really bad over time with lots of usage. Idk how long they will last. If it weren't for the material, I'd give it 5 stars because they even look great!Plastic ring around bottom piece that sits on the floor snapped straight away…..was supposed to be easy to assemble but I am working with a broken shoulder…..can Amazon send someone to help put it together…….of course I will pay as I have on other items!!!Poor quality, missing parts, will be sending them back.Pictures and description on listing are not enough to tell these are worth the money. The back of the stool is not level with the floor. There is no way to adjust. Price is high for what buyer get. After assembly, it's hard to take the stool apart for return. Decided to keep them even unhappy. One little good thing, all parts are well wrapped in the box - no damage. Not recommend to buy.I added a Suike Brindle Brown and White 12" x 20" lumbar pillow (search Amazon) for each chair as the back is a bit far back to easily lean against. Once I had the pillows, these were perfect for my needs.They look great, but are very unstable. We can rock back and forth and side to side with a slight shift in seating balance. Also, thought the back support was upright, it's not. You have to lean super far to make your back touch the seat. Not good, combined with the wobbliness.Yes, they look good, but for real world use, it's an accident waiting to happen.UPDATE: Sent many email back and forth with YASHFU to determine if they were setup correctly. They say "From the photos you took to us, the product has no quality problems" and "It will wobble if touched by fingers" . I had a guest fall while trying to sit on it. End result, they offered to refund $50.I'm packing it all up and sending back.
