My dog LOVES these sweaters. I’ve bought her different types over the years, but these are absolutely her favorite. She gets really cold in the winter, so she actually gets excited when I get these out! I bought several colors after the first one turned out so great.Lab/Pittbull terrier, 60 pounds, size 20 fits perfectly! I love the chenille's softness. Since he is dark brown, I selected the mustard and am glad I did. Brilliant colors stand out....Great stripes! Gorgeous and quality abound. I have always been a BlueBerry fan!Got this for our yorkie mix, as we have very cold winters. I can now confidently say my dog has the nicest sweater in the house. It is so soft, I love it. My partner and I just took her over from two close friends because she failed to get a long well with one newly adopted puppy in their house. When Emma herself was a newly adopted puppy in 2015, I lived with her and her previous owners. So I knew Emma would shiver when temperature dropped to 45ish degree and lower. Her previous owners usually dressed her with a wool knit sweater during the winter of North Carolina.Emma's old apparel didn't come with her when she moved to our house, so now we need to find her a new replacement. After several rounds of purchases and returns, we decide to stick to this 2020 newly released Blue Berry pet chenille sweater! Made of chenille materials, the sweater is super soft. What is more impressive is that the chenille material caused much less static electricity than wool/decron materials in the dry season. For example, the other two sweater products we returned were Blueberry Pet's Classic Wool Blend Cable Knit Pullover Dog Sweater ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073W5XFFR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and PUPTECK's Classic Cable Knit Dog Sweater ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CG9JDSS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). These two are also well made sweaters with competitive prices. However, what we couldn't stand was that they turned out Emma into an untouchable electric dog!! She released electricity every time we tried to pet her. We guess this was also unbearable for Emma as well because this girls really enjoyed being petted and massaged many times every day. Now with the new Blueberry sweaters, the daily petting and massage routines are back!One note about color. I purchased two colors: the Burgundy Red and the dark green. Both of them were dark. At least they are not so bright as showed in the description pictures. If you or your dog like brighter colors, my suggestion is to try with the rose or mustard ones.One minor problem I am not satisfied is about the stitches of the harness/leash hole. The lining cloth was only partially stitched. Just after one wash, the white cloth came out of the hole (see the last picture). I need to re-sew this area by hand. Such quality problems should not have happened to a dog sweater worth $26.99. Hope Blueberry Pet can fix this problem soon. Then I will come back to purchase more brighter colors (or new patterns if possible) for my girl.I was looking for a nice sweater that felt good to my hands while I pet my cat. The chenille is not only super soft for humans and cats alike, it has vibrant, beautiful color selections. I loved the dusty rose one so much that I ordered another, this red chenille, for him as well and the red and white stripes look beautiful on my tuxedo. Quality craftsmanship, a neckline that doesn't stretch nearly as easily as the yucky acrylic ones most pet sweaters are made of, and the 10 inch length is perfect for my lanky kitty as well--doesn't cover his back legs, allowing him to jump more easily. Though of course he staggered around like a drunken sailor aboard ship the first day I put it on him lol!! This sweater not only keeps him warm when the weather is chilly, it has an added bonus--it serves as an anxiety reducer for him much like a thundercoat does for anxious dogs. My cat can be get quite spazzy after an inhumane trapper scared the bejeezus out of him as a rescued kitten, poor guy, but if you have an anxious pet too, Rescue Remedy, pet formula that can be found here on Amazon does a great job for immediate stress relief. However this sweater's anxiety smothering effects last quite awhile even after I've taken it off my cat so he can bathe and I can launder it. So much more worth the 22.00 in comparison to the nasty acrylic blend sweaters that cost 12 or 15.00 that feel icky to touch and look really cheap too. I highly recommend for cats as well as dogs (but buy the smallest sizes otherwise your cat will be swimming in a heap of chenille that won't stay on), and I will be purchasing my cat more Blueberry outfits now I know how wonderful they feel and look on him!!But runs a bit bigI was so excited to find this sweater, read the reviews, see the previous purchasers' pictures, so I ordered it for my little one. The lavender color is very pretty and it's very soft and stretchy. However, there is no harness hook opening. I had also ordered this same sweater in the deep plum (also quite lovely) and it DOES have an opening for a harness hook so what the heck? Had the lavender sweater had the harness hook it would have been a solid 5-stars.
