This is comfortable while walking but not sitting. It rides up. The Velcro does not stick well and I can not bend straight down with knees bent without coming apart. If Velcro held together better I would probably give a 4. Sometimes the Velcro gives when I am walking but usually when I bend down or sit.The brace arrived very quickly. I had read reviews to remove the black cloth covering velcro gripers. After several attempt's I couldn't get one of the outer elastic straps to grip. I noticed on the instruction sheet it appeared one strap was sewn on backwards. I took a picture and emailed [email protected] within a couple hours I was notified by Doris from KDD who apologized was very sorry for the inconvenience and a new belt was on its way, and that quality control had been notified. The new belt arrived 4 days later. Great customer service and quality product. I liked that the belt came with 2 choices for the amount of stiffnes you need for support. I highly recommend this product.Received the Model Name KDD-051 back brace yesterday and before I used it I hand washed it in cold water with a small amount of liquid soap. Today when I tried the belt I had to attach the extender for the belt to fit my waist, which is 33". Based on the user manual, the regular size is 37.8", which would allow for approximately 4" extra. With the extender, the belt size is 45.3". Did the belt shrink? Will it shrink further with additional washings? Sort of disappointed because otherwise the belt supports my back.Excellent product for the price. Helped with back pain. Had my wife use also and she said it was better than similar item that didn't fit she purchased at a drug store. Only trouble I had was I couldn't initially figure out how it held together and eventually realized the velcro is covered in shipment by black felt which you peel off. I attached photo showing black felt peeled off. If you are reading this you won't have that delay and your back will feel better quicker!This belt is very supportive and actually fairly comfortable. I wear 40-42 pant waist size and I had to use the extension that was enclosed and it works very well. The attachment velcro is very strong and flexible. I will tell you to be aware there is black cloth over the velcro grooved areas that needs to be removed . I did not notice at first and said about 3 cuss words before my brain worked and I removed cloth to allow attachment........just telling you in case you dont cussI do a lot of remodeling and I been looking for something to give a bit of back support. This seems to do the job. Its comfy, gives some support while elastic enough to give some wiggle room. I can wear it under my short and it's very low profile. It doesn't protrude or stick out. Looking forward to using this, especially doing when doing hardwood flooring.Helps to support my back and enables me to accomplish more tasks before I’m overwhelmed with fatigue a pain.This was very form fitting it seemed like and the quality is awesome!Velcro does not hold for a long time
