I received my order right on time...they provided a tracking number. There were no defects visible. Mygrand-daughter and I used the assembly sheet to sort the parts before starting assembly. It was simple and quick. I love the cushiony seat [which is 3" wider than most...27"]and the cushioned arms. The arms are very sturdy. If you don't mind putting it together, it's a very nice chair!
