Very soft which is what I was looking for in a bed pillow.A decent pillow for the money, but I was hoping it would be softer.Very nice pillowsI struggled to let my OLD pillows go, I thought it would be a long process to find something as good as they once were. Also never thought I would purchase pillows online without seeing/feeling them first but I knew returns with Amazon would be easy. I read the reviews and thought I would just try them. It’s been a week and I absolutely love these pillows. They hold their shape, had no odor and are a wonderful replacement to my old pillow friends! I was prepared to spend more on new pillows, these are a great value.The pillows are very soft and fluff up nicely. It was a very cost saving purchase.It’s not a bad pillow!! I’ve had worse, believe me. This is my first time buying a down pillow so I had no idea what I was doing. But it’s a little flat. It fluffs up but as soon as I lay my head (or anything for that matter) on it, it flattens out almost completely. It’s like medium firmness but flat. Really weird combo. But!! Considering I have neck and back problems, my first night on it wasn’t terrible. It’s nothing like a hotel pillow though, unfortunately. I was looking for that type of support and comfort. Would I buy it again? Maybe for my standard pillows on the bed but not to really sleep on for years to come.Came compressed. Put in dryer “no heat” and expanded. No crunchy noise, soft but not easily flattened. I sleep on all sides and it’s supportive and comfortable! Recommend!Best feather pillow I’ve had in years. It’s comfortable and I’m able to mould it to fit so it relieves my neck pain. It helps me get a good nights sleep. Definitely a keeper!
