I like sleeping on a flat pillow and it's very hard for me to find one that's flat enough while providing just enough loft. When I first slept on it I found it to be just a tad too high. So, I removed an inner layer. Since I only wanted one pillow, I gave the other to my Mom, who likes a higher pillow and she found her's to be a tad short. So, I gave her my insert and now both of us think we have found the best pillow ever. I highly recommend this pillow!This "pillow" consists of 4 or five "I forget which" wrapped in a zippered pillow case. If you want a really fluffy pillow use all of the mini-pillows. I really wanted a really flat pillow, which is impossible to get. I took most of the mini-pillows out and put in just 1 of the mini-pillows wrapped in the pillow case. I still have the mini-pillows to put back if I want fluffier, but I took another mini-pillow and put that in my pillow case to make two flat pillows. Note the when I say "mini-pillow" I mean flatness not size.We’ve gone through ALOT of pillows over the years and they always fall flat or are too puffy. These are comfortable, cool to sleep on and easy to adjust. Big fans !!!It was great.Pillows are great. The adjustability is a great feature and really let's you dial it in.Only issue is the zipper on the pillow. It catches a lot and is not strong. I have had it pop open on the wrong side multiple times. You then have to reverse the zipper all the way and rezip.So far, the zipper is holding up but it's not great.Overall, highly recommended.Without a doubt this is the most comfortable pillow for my neck I’ve ever owned. It does not retain heat so is cool comfort all night. Being washable is very important to me. As it’s separate layers it doesn’t seem to collapse. Husband and I both love the pillows. He said order another set as backup.I ordered these pillows in July 2022 and was hoping they would be the answer to my side sleeper issue. Did it work? Yes and No...I followed the boxed instructions for fluffing and allowing the pillows to rest before using. They are beautiful pillows, but one pillow with three inserts was way too soft for me as a side sleeper. This was my work around to get them to be what I needed. Just the three inserts in one pillow was not enough for me so I took the inserts from the second pillow and added them into the first one until I got the proper resistance for sleeping. My consumer advice would be if you are a side sleeper, one of these is way too soft and flat. My company suggestion to EverSnug would be to allow purchasers to buy additional inserts to get it to the level that they want.I love my new pillows! I considered buying sleep gram pillows and then I seen these and thought I’d give them a try and I’m so glad I did! Iam a side sleeper and have neck problems too and these pillows are great for my neck! I’m very impressed!
