Only 4 stars because the arms are a little higher than I would like, and although I can push them back altogether, I can't seem to make them lower to start with. I'm 5'5". Might be a problem for someone with a shorter torso.comfortable reasonably priced chair.I love this product!! the chair, it is very comfortable, the arms flip up, perfect to slip under your desk without taking up much room at all. The chair has great back support and definitely worth the money, it’s easy to assemble and not a bad price for the quality. I loved it so much I bought two chairs from Office Factory through Amazon and best of all, Jose from Office Factory was awesome he was so polite and professional. The company is great and so is their products. I would highly recommend this chair.Solid chair. One of the arm rest has broke, so it’s weird. Wasn’t due to any kind of abuse. We just noticed one day that it was broke. It broke exactly like the pics from another reviewer, right at the screws on both sides. I have reduced my star rating down to 1.First, this chair was difficult to put together as the holes for the screws did not align and the tiny Allen tool that comes with it is really useless. It took two hours to put it together!Second, I have been using for a month now, the seat is so hard. There is maybe two inches of cushion so now I am also using another dining chair cushion to help.Third, I am a short person (5"1") the lowest it will go is still too tall for me. I have to tip toe as i am about to sir or wiggle to slide back into the seat.Fourth, the so called lumbar support is not adjustable (i knew this when I bought it) and is so low in the back that it hits me in the butt. So I have this pressure in my sciatic nerve area now every time I sit.Five, it gets so hot sitting in this chair. I really dont know why.Buy at your own risk. I am hoping that it does not break on me, it feels so rickety.Needed way more lumbar support and when you sit, I could use a little more space for the arm rest and more cushion in the seat part.....Love the chair but the assembly instructions were just drawings and no written information. I assume the chair is suppose to raise and lower but my adjustment lever just hangs there and has no function
