Very comfortable .I loved loved loved the last BeautyRest pillows I got. Two years of use, and they’re still in perfect shape, puffy and maintaining the same perfect combo of softness and firmness. These new ones are limp, a bit flat, feel barely filled in fact, and I’m concerned that they come in bags that are open on one side. I’m wary about them being new, or clean. I’m disappointed by the difference in quality and how floppy these are.I got a few of these pillows as gifts a few Christmas’s back and absolutely loved them. The greatest pillow I ever had hands down. They have gotten slightly flatter but still are great. I decided to search the Internet recently and was excited to find the exact same ones. But not a happy outcome unfortunately. They came so flattened and stuffed in a tiny box that the two even after sitting out and fluffing around are still flatter then the ones I use regularly all the time and have owned a while. I stacked them both and they are still great pillows, perfectly soft and hold some shape but they are sadly not also perfectly firm and as fluffed as I had expected.I tried these pillows for a few months and they are terrible. They state that they are memory foam, well they do not fluff back after you sleep on them. They get very lumpy and stay lumpy. In fact I have to re-adjust and flip the pillow during the night to find an area that is the lumpy.GUARANTEE - Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure you love your new pillow. Stay Away, that is my Advise.Thick yet firm pillow, great for back or side sleeper, a bit too firm for a belly sleeper though.Pillow stays cool, which is super nice ?I really like this pillow as a side sleeper and back sleeper. It does feel cooler and forms to head nicely. I've been using it for about a month now.Really aren't softening up. Super heavy. Not really cooling.So it turns out I don't like shredded memory foam pillows. This is my first time using shredded memory foam pillows and they just aren't as comfy as my non shred memory foam pillows. I want to give you my cons and then some possible pros. I try to be as objective as possible in my reviews, so here goes.Cons for me, possible pro for you: Firmness- I say the listing is accurate that these pillows are medium firm. If you are seeking medium firm, you will like these pillows. I have learned medium firm is too firm for moi.Cons for me, possible pro for you: Shredded Foam- The shredded foam drove me nutso because it didn't feel like I had full support of my entire head. Like part of my head was supported and then the other part was resting on a gap where the memory foam had separated? That's what it felt like. This could be a pro for others who would like to work with the pillow to get all the foam where it needs to be to adjust to whatever part of you is resting on the pillow.The pillow appears to be well made. I didn't notice any off putting smells when opening the package. The pillows did not fluff up as large as I had hoped, but these aren't the big floof style pillow. A bit more floof would work better for me. Less floof may be great for you.I would rate this 3 stars because I don't like the shredded memory foam feel. I am going to submit this as 4 stars because this could be the perfect pillow for someone who wants the exact opposite of what I need. Perhaps my cons are why people seek out shredded memory foam.Your mileage may vary but I hope I have helped on your pillow buying journey.
