I bought the chair for my office. However my office is offshore in the middle of the ocean. So when I received the product and began the assembling process the right and left arms were extremely loose. I cannot send the product back due to the hassle of getting it out here. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!
