I am 65 and retired from a sales career working with companies like IBM, ATT, Verizon, NCR and Unisys. Started a staffing company and sold it a couple of years ago and decided to get personal trainer certified. I have consumed books on longevity and anti aging. This book is as good as any I have read and basically says if you sit around age and frailty are going to get you. If you develop a plan for exercise to include strength and cardio training you will still pass from this earth like the rest of us but maybe just stay here a little longer and stay active and healthy a little longer. If you can stay out of the nursing home and take care of yourself what a blessing that would be and I believe you can do it.READ THE BOOK
