This basic, but effective soft-shell bag for concert ukuleles is made of water resistant, Denier nylon and 1/2" thick foam padding. The interior of the case is reinforced at the headstock and bridge to provide extra protection for the parts that need it most. Features include a shoulder strap for easy portability and large outer pockets perfect for lesson books, cables, straps and other small accessories.

Works great except would have like the zipper to be a little longer for easier insert of Ukulele. Padding is sufficient to protect the uke in transport to and from home. Outside zipper pouch is perfect for carrying picks, tuners, etc.It was delivered as expected. My 22 inch soprano ukulele barely fits in this case. It is a tight squeeze! I almost sent it back, but since I am able to zip it with some effort, I am keeping it because I couldn't find a different case that seemed better for the price. It's nice enough. Just wish it were about one inch longer to minimize the effort of getting the uke in there.A bit on the thin side, but I didn't need anything more. The strap is a bit short, so I cant wear it, but that isn't a big deal to me.Made a mistake on my first review. I thought this was like the Hola brand. It's not! This Stronghold brand has a rather thin layer of foam compared to the Hola brand, which are 15mm thick (a little more than 1/2" of padding). You need that much for decent protection. Does this one work, sure, but not anywhere near the protective capacity of the Hola brand. For 10 bucks I'm not gonna return it, but I won't be buying another case from Stronghold.Not as padded as they say. More like 1/8" of padding. More padding at the head stock and bridge though. Still, for a $49.00 Uke, it's probably good enough and a good buy.Perfect bag for the price. I customized it with flowers, since I am an artist and can't leave a blank canvas empty.Placed Korg tuner/metronome in pocket, placed a folded "spongy" paper/cloth on inside bottom to further protect uke when standing upright within the bag and away we go!It is ok for dust and dirt, but not great for protection from banging. YOu have to more careful with your uke using this bag for storageThis case hss a good amount of padding and other features found in much more expensive cases. I love the backpack straps and pockets.I've not had this long but so far so good. It is padded but lightweight with backpack straps and just what I wanted for transporting my mandolin.
