I bought this book for my grandchildren ages 6 and 10. They loved it. Although they do know a lot about nature there were still lots for us to discuss while reading the book. The pictures are great. They also liked the check list in the back to keep track of the birds they have seen. We read this in my back yard (so appropriate!) and saw many of the birds fly though that we were reading about. I would highly recommend this book, very educational in a fun way.
