I bought this back brace for my daughter, who plays the bass drum in the marching band. She said that this back brace stood up to the challenge of 4 hr long rehearsals wearing her huge drum!Scored a little lower on the comfort end for me just because I am a stay at home mom with a toddler. Lots of ups and downs and it seems to slip/move/roll quite a bit.Fit is nice. I am a size 18/20 US in pants and it fits snug when I have it to help with the pain.It is a HUGE help with back pain relief. I had major surgery on my lower back when I was 21 so, I have had a bad back since and it is getting close to my 10 year anniversary of that day.Worth the money in my opinion.This really helps with the problems of having the combination of scoliosis, herniated discs, and spinal stenosis. I use for sports and when I will be doing a lot of walking. I wish I came in more colors.I also would love a lower profile version to wear under clothing.Product as described.I did wish there was a size medium to large. In ordered a small med last time and I could have used a bit more room. This one is large/xl and is a bit more than needed and small medium is too small to wrap well around my waist. I wear this at work and it helps immensely with my back since I walk and stand on concrete floors all day in warehouse.Es muy cómodo de llevar ,para trabajar .I wear for a short period of time and I find that my back responds with reduced discomfort. I believe I should have gone a size bigger, but am able to use it for short periods of time. I am happy with this brace as I would not want to be dependent on it all the time.After a total back fusion surgery, this has been a godsend! I bought the xl (plus size 198-20 female) and it was a bit snug to start off but has worn well.I have a bad lower back and decided to try this. It is supportive, but it made me very hot and sweaty in my low back. I wore it over a tank and could only keep it on about 20 minutes before it became very hot and sweaty.I got this for my back pain and this holds up on my back well.fits well under my clothing and feels comfortable.tightening level can be adjustable.great quality!This belt is really easy to use! Just after giving birth to a baby, often holding his waist will be very painful. This belt eases a lot! It's very strong and durable.Definitely helps with lower back pain . Comfortable to wear for hours . Discreet under clothingAs a larger person it is hard to find sizing to fit. This back brace fits perfectly and does the job.
