I LOVE THIS TOOL!!! I haven’t been able to find any other device that dose all that it does. It adjusted easy to my neck. I was able to place it over the points that were tender and apply even pressure that kept my spine aligned. I had injured my neck in the gym and felt completely comfortable using this tool . I am now working into rehabilitating my neck with resistance exercise using the tool. I love how the springs on the points give resistance, the angles of the tool stretches and traction my neck, which feels so relaxing.
