I bought this hoping it would provide a little extra cushion to my saddle but its just a soft comfortable fuzzy seat cover I even tried doubling it up with a gel seat pad but both didn't really do any justice for my backside. I never had an issue with my backside hurting before but then I switched horses and the way he carried himself is rougher then what I was used to and this says it has orthopedic in the fleece but it doesn't really do any justice for me. If your looking for just a fleece seat cover this is good and stays in place well but other than that not a seat cushion.
