This product is just what I needed. When I am in pain and need to do other things I can easily wrap this around and keep doing my other things I need done ! Makes it so much easier so I don't have to hold it all the time.This was amazing for pain relief after breaking my ankleI own about 5 of these in different sizes. Great ice packs and I love that I can wash the outside cover. I have also bought them for family and friends. Can’t live without these babies!! A must have!Using these pads mainly to stay cool in a Texas heat wave (110 degrees yesterday 7/10/22), day and night + neck, headaches. They are versatile and have had no problems with the bag/velcro at this time as other people have. I may reinforce the inside net in attempt to make it last longer. It'd had been a 5 star review but price is a factor, $9.90 on June13 / today (7/11) $14.90. Talk about inflation!We have had a flexible fabric like ice pack that we purchased at walmart, but we wanted more since our kids kept using the one we had and not returning it. Wal-Mart was out so we decided to try this. The material is soft but surprisingly got colder than our other one, which is nice for the family members who sleep hotter.I have had these for a few years now and they are great for icing your knee or elbow because the Velcro strap holds the ice pack in place. The ice packs are reusable and well made. The kit comes with an additional strap extension so if you need to ice your shoulder or back it will fit.The first one I bought a few years ago was great. I ordered a second set because I have a knee injury and a foot issue that both require icing and I just noticed that the new one has the Velcro closure on the wrong side. So now I have to twist the strap to secure the ice pack around my knee. Even with the extension the Velcro that is supposed to attach to the blue cloth icepack holder is in the wrong direction. Maybe it was just a sewing error ?? but I am sure it will wear out the strap faster than my old one because I have to twist the strap to get it to secure to the velcro.I do think it's a great product, but it's kind of a serious design flaw that they attached the Velcro strap in the wrong direction on the new one.If the product manufacturer (Koo Cares) sees this review , I wonder if you could send me a new holder with the Velcro oriented in the correct direction?Again, overall an excellent product.I highly recommend having a set of these Incase of injuries.Note: the pics above show the old one with the Velcro strap attached in the correct direction, and the new one with the flaw.Good product, just needs better quality control.This was convenient.Stays on and doesn’t leak. I love it.This is a well-designed product. A bit flexible even when frozen and can be used for hot/cold therapy. Easy to use with the sleeve.Only wish it came with two sleeves -- since there are two gel pads.
