The pillow offers good support but it is quite large if you plan to use it for your knees. It’s nice that is has a soft cover that can be removed for washing.The very large pillow comes shrink wrapped in a small roll in plastic which must be cut completely apart in order to get the pillow out. IF IT DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU, THEY REQUIRE THAT IT BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE.I wish I had tried this sooner. Before purchasing and using the pillow I had to use a walker. Sine I have used this I have no pain and no trouble walking. There has been a decrease in my pain from the first night I used itI have an arthritic knee that is very painful. I used this under my knees while sitting slightly reclined in my recliner while watching tv. Works to relieve pain 100%Great if you have back or leg problems.I still use this pillow every night even after back surgery. It does take pressure off of the lower back having the knees bent. I would recommend.I love the soft bamboo material! It has a zipper so you can remove cover and wash it. It’s perfect for what I wanted. I believe it’s a little pricey compared to other wedge type pillows.It’s a little too pointed at the top, behind the knee, and bothered me. I trimmed it off about 1-1/2 inches and now it’s fine.Leg pain.I like how comfortable the angle is to sleep with. I was unhappy with the amount of freight that was charged ($50). When the angle arrived I needed to pay an additional $31. It’s a very expensive pillow
