I titled this album "Gilly & the Stars" -This album has something for everybody with crossover tunes. Basically I am all over the place with Hiplife, Reggae, R & B, Pop and Hi-life music. I worked with musicians from the USA one of which is Cynthia Johnson of "Funky Town" fame and some of Ghana's finest artists. With the help of Jay Q my studio engineer, I had artists like Adane Best, King David, Castro, Screwface, Shilo and many others featured on this album. This album has long been in the making and has tunes that were recorded years ago but still stand the test of time. Jay Q came and spiced it up with his Jamma music and making some of my tunes more current.
