2019 is the year of finding relief for my neck and shoulder pain, as well as tension headaches that I get about 5x/month. I wasn’t specifically searching for an acupressure mat, and heck I had never even heard of it! But, I came across it while looking for something to relieve my pain and I’m SO GLAD I bit the bullet and got this. I lay on it after the gym, I bring it to work and take 10 minute breaks to lay on it in my office (I should probably get a curtain for my office window so people don’t think I’m sleeping.... but honestly I could totally fall asleep on this!) I usually wear a light tank top when on this and the mat doesn’t hurt at all. It takes about a minute for my head to get used to the “prickly” feeling but that’s not painful either. I truly feel refreshed after laying on it, and my pain has definitely diminished. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but already I can tell the difference. The price was right, the quality is really good, and my six year old has decided it’s his because he likes how it feels to lay on it. He says it makes him feel like “meditating” lol.
