I like how this support cushion can be strapped on to the chair you are trying to use it on. I've had lower back pain for awhile so I thought I would give this a try. When I used it in a recliner it did help my lower back but after awhile my upper back started to hurt. I tried it on a folding chair but it kept slipping and I couldn't get it to stay in place. I'm going to try to get a different chair to see if it will work better on a different style.
