So I made the mistake of guesstimating my size for these because I didn’t have a measuring tape available. I purchased them primarily to provide support for pain in my low back. I typically wear a small or medium when it comes to leggings. I got these in size small since I was going for more compression than less on my back. I’m not sure if even an XL would have felt like the right size. In any case, they’re way too small and especially on my thighs so I basically can’t bend in them or get them on/off. I’m a little disappointed that the sizing runs super small or at least should account for the circumference of your thighs and waist because the material isn’t super stretchy. I guess my only advice would be to size up especially if you have hips. I will say that the compression band part around the waist does feel really nice and supportive. I’d like to give these a try again eventually in a larger size because I do think they’d be helpful.
