This is the best universal ice pack. My wife has been using it for about three days on her back and she loves it. Her new best friend. She loves that yiu can get up and walk around with out taken it off stays very intake with the universal straps. It works on any part of your body. The two sided pack is awesome so you can have options for how cold you want it.The cloth side for not as cold and the other side for really cold. The quality of the ice pack is very good its very flexible and stays cold for 45 minutes or longer my wife says. I have reached out to customer service,had a few questions and there response was very fast by email. Very polite and answered all questions I had very thoroughly. Definitely will be buying more of this company's product if needed. Definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you so much.Product is okay, but not great. It’s a good size and I really like that it has the two different textures that work with the Velcro straps, but it has some flaws. One, the ice pack has three connected gel chambers and I frequently find the gel migrates mostly to one chamber so cooling is uneven. Two, it doesn’t stay cold for very long. I’ve got a cheap drug store brand that lasts longer and is the same size but didn’t have the straps. It’s a nice idea, but I’ll probably stick with my inexpensive cold packs.Product arrived without required 4 straps to use product. I used it while watching TV and was then disappointed that it didn't seem to last long at all. I have big box store brand ones that are better than this, better yet I have freebie ones from the chiropractor that I like better.
