I wasn't sure I'd like a running vest; I didn't want it to move around when jogging or be too hot and bulky. This Nathan vest has been great. Super lightweight and I love the bite valve straw. I've used this several times and it stays secure without any bounce. My only issue so far is there is one strap on the side that is rubbing the inside of my arm, but I'm sure a little more adjusting will fix that. The pockets it has are also very nice for holding my keys, wallet, and phone.
