I contacted Battle Sports on a Monday night and they sent a new one and had Friday afternoon…..customer service is great!!!back plate came in looking nice and clean but over time the iridescent paint faded and now the back plate is just black and white. don’t know how this happened but other then that the backplate has held up great!My grandson says it is greatgrandson wears for football seems to like itGives that MUCH NEEDED protection in a vital area.
