I left this review not to dissuade you from buying but as feedback to the manufacturer, fire your design engineer and do better....Did the job! The heating and constant massage feature was fulfilling. My back was in so pain but this belt is working! I had this a few hours and my mind but more importantly my body can tell the difference!Great belt was worth itKind of bulky and will be very visible under clothing. Will not be able to use for intended reason of purchase. Not sure how to do the hig medium low heat settings. Instructionsare kind of vague. Very short battery life. Might keep for home use but will not be able to use at work as planned.I just received the product, and so far I love it, and plan on buying more for Christmas gifts. Not only am I pleased with the product, I consider the Seller to be among the best in Amazon. Not only was the Seller expeditious in responding to my concerns, the Seller did the absolute best to resolve a situation, and did so without hesitation and immediately. On a scale of 1 - 5, with 5 being the best, I rate both this product and this Seller 5+!I have been suffering back pain (sometimes severe) for the past few weeks. I have tried various ointments and medications which has helped. I bought this heating pad to see if that would help. I wore it for about 20 minutes on massage and heat. When I took it off, THERE WAS NO PAIN! It was the first time there was no pain that day. I am very happy. This is a great reliever for back pain. I would highly recommend this.Bought for supplementing a Tens unit for multiple back issues. Used weekly, or a tad more, maybe 70 times in a year. Had it about 16 months and the heat does not work anymore. The lights turn on but no heat produced. Massage still works though, hence the 3 stars for 16 months (100 uses tops). Enjoyed the heat but do not use for more than an hour, will leave marks on you if you fall asleep wearing it. I feel like the battery lasts about an hour with massage on but 6ish hours if just using heat. I plug it in if using the massage function of it. All in all, not a bad belt just with things we're built to last more than a year or 2.PRODUCT WORKS GREATI've used this belt for a week and I can say that it would be perfect, if not for a major oversight.First the pros: it is thin, unlike others I've used, making it easier to wear while moving around. It is wireless; a few years ago i would not have thought this was possible on a heating pad, and the battery lasts long enough to provide heating relief. The length of the belt is perfect for my waist; not too short. The controls are great.Now the unknowns: my previous heating belt failed at the velcro that kept it together. I don't know how this belt will perform, but it looks well built, so we'll see. I'm expecting it to last long, but i can't comment on that given that I've been using it for a week. The battery could degrade, but if the manufacturer sells battery replacements, this belt could really last a long time.The major flaw that prevents this belt to be perfect for my needs is that the massage cylinders are bulky. They are located on the sides of the heating center. They do touch my two back muscles, so they do provide good vibration (i have no idea if this vibration on any belt does anything for you, but it probably provides relief in your mind). The problem is that the cylinders create a separation from your lower back to the heating elements of the belt. If you have love handles or don't have too much fat around your lower back center so a dip is formed along your spine, the way it should naturally be, then the belt will not touch your lower back center. This is important if the source of your pain is not only on the back muscles but also from your lower discs.To overcome that issue, I press against the back of a chair to have my lower back make contact with the heating element of the belt. This problem is common for most heating pads and belts, but the massage cylinders in this belt make it particularly troublesome; totally defeating the value of independence from a wall outlet.I would gladly buy this belt without the massage feature. Or if they could be removable, that would fix the problem but it would increase the complexity of the product. Ideally, I hope the manufacturers are reading this, the massage cylinders should be attached to the back of the belt like the battery pouch is. That way you can tighten the belt all around your waist without getting the massage devices in the way. Even better (giving product design advice for free), in addition to having the massage devices out of the way, they could put a bar slightly bent towards the inside so it can press the center of the heating pad towards the dip that forms in many people's lower backs.I'll see if i can give this feedback to the manufacturers directly, but sometimes higher visibility prompts companies to act. I would definitely buy an improved version of this belt and would then highly recommend it.I have tried too many of these kinds of products to mention- this one is unbelievable! The power of the vibration is excellent, the heat is great- both consistent. What is wonderful is the battery life. In an effort to test the battery duration- I ran the vibration and heat settings for 2 hours with NO issues!! I could not believe how well it performed. A must-buy to relieve lower back painUPDATED May 2020: The initial unit failed within a week of arrival, but upon return the vendor contacted me to provide a replacement unit FOC. This replacement arrived promptly, and I have not had any issues with it since. I find the heat function very helpful for my lower back which is often tight after extended hours at the computer. I find that the vibration (which is really not very aggressive) sometimes agitates my back more than helps, but you can use the heat function independently. Very happy with the Vendor for this product.The heat at maximum is ok, since I put on the belt with hi heat to play a round of golf. The battery being good is not sufficient enough to last for an entire game, so I did order a second battery, so I can use the massage feature also on odd occasions and or have heat for the duration of my golf game. On Amazon USA the battery is arround $32.00 US, at Amazon Canada, the same battery is $102.00 CAD. I was able to buy the belt Med. size without heat in front, in purchasing at the same time an extension strap to fit my waist. Up to now, I am very satisfied with the belt, a nice feature too, the charger is permitting to use the heated and massage belt in just plugging it. I did not expect more from the belt, heathing the pain area is soothing me.Oh my god. Buy this thing. I wish I would have known about this sooner. I have low back pain due to herniated disc and OA and this has been SO. Nice. The battery lasts a little over 6 hours of continuous heat and massage, takes a few hours to charge. It’s comfortable and somewhat subtle to wear under clothes. Nobody ever knows when I’m wearing it when I tell them about it. Worth the money for sure
