Read more High-Quality, Cozy Hot and Cold Pack A common medical treatment for bruises brought on by trauma, sprains, etc. is a cold compress. Cold gel packs help to decrease bruises, constrict local blood vessels, and create favorable conditions for eventual absorption of local congestion. Patients can benefit from cold therapy's improved pain relief. Patients with high fevers can be physically cooled down with ice compresses, which can immediately drop body temperature and improve disease Ice Pack with straps Since 2006, Sodao has been a factory-owned brand. We have a dedicated lab, formula room, and production workshop. Sodao is committed to using physical cold therapy to reduce people's discomfort. For this, we continue to grow and do a lot of effort. We are happy that our products help those who are harmed feel less agony. In support of this idea, we keep innovating and progressing.
Particulars: With both one-piece and two-piece packaging. Compared to clay gel, our gel has a longer cold preservation period, and it is still malleable at 0°F (-18°C) freezer temperatures.
Skin-Friendly: With its Velcro elastic band, the elastic material, which has the sensation of silk nylon, can be fastened to any region of the body and perfectly conforms to your body's curves. A cold compress works more effectively.
Favorite Option for Cold Compress: Our ice pack for the body and shoulder are gentle and appropriate for people of all ages, treating conditions ranging from menstruation cramps to migraines to aging muscles following demanding workouts. Thousands of physical therapists and medical professionals have used them for both acute and chronic illnesses.
Reusable Hot and Cold Pack: To avoid leaks, each pack has double-sealed seams and an outer layer of thicker nylon. It can be used repeatedly in both hot and cold temperatures.
Reduction of Swelling and Pain: Pain from arthritis, sprains, strains, muscle soreness, cramps, etc. can be treated with a cold compress, which reduce dependence on medicines. Muscles can relax and pain can be reduced with warm compresses.
I got the product and it was quick to set up and use. Both hot and cold worked well. I would suggest this to any of my friends.Really convenient to use after sports. If you have joint pain you can try to do the cold therapy using this.I bought this item cos my shoulder hurts. It works perfectly highly recommended you guysThese came as a two pack of medium size hot/cold packs. They are well made and come with an elastic strap for different applications. One of the nice things about them is that they get cold (or hot) again rather quickly. Mine stay in the fridge where they are handy to grab and use. These cold packs were perfect for my needs. I ordered the large size, which is big enough to cover the small of my back or to wrap around my leg or arm. The pack isn’t super bulky, so it can wrap effectively, and the elastic strap does a good job of holding it in place. It retains cold for a decent amount of time - though not as long as some gel packs that I’ve tried - but compared to others the re-freezing time is much faster. My husband found that the strap was too small for him to use around his torso, so if you are an average or large-sized adult, it may not be quite what you need. These seem well made, which I hope means they’ll last a long time. Other cold/hot packs we’ve had were plastic, and eventually developed small holes and start to leak. The downside of this fabric-covered version is that it’ll be harder to keep it clean. I plan to use it while wrapped in a piece of fabric, but the upside is that it feels nicer and I hope it’ll last longer.I was surprised to see that the manufacturer recommends putting it in the refrigerator rather than the freezer, but I tested it out in the freezer and it seems ok.I put it in the microwave to test its heat retention, but after 12 seconds, it started making audible bubbling sounds. When I reached in to check on it, it had one super hot spot, one warm spot, and the rest was cool. I didn’t feel confident that it wouldn’t begin melting in the hot spot if I continued to heat it, so I plan to use it only for cold applications. I’m sure hearing response varies a lot with different microwave models, so this isn’t necessarily a product flaw, but do take care when heating. This review is for a set of two medium-size reusable thermal packs. These are swell. The packets are nicely finished, and seem pretty durable. The fuzzy side and the smooth side fabrics are both welcome for different applications. This summer I'm able to just lay them out in the sun for a couple hours for heat therapy. For cold therapy, refrigerator or freezer — depending on how cold or for how long (use a towel or clothing to protect skin from cold injury by frozen packs). The contents become quite firm after 24 hours in the freezer, but are still pliable. These will be in my kit for as long as they hold up.The single 27" long hook-and-loop elastic strap included is enough for pretty much any extremity (but not enough for a torso). The strap has "hook" elements at both ends — so it could be cut into two shorter straps if that works better for a particular application; or the "hook" part holds on the soft fabric side to wrap the pack around a more awkward spot.I took a point off my rating because:• contents of the pouches are not disclosed;• no cleaning or care instructions;• $15 per each is a bit rich;• any medical device disclaimed with: "This product is not a Medical equipment." gives me the creepies.I tried this reusable pack both as cold and hot. The pack only took a few hours to freeze, although I left it in overnight. I liked that it wasn't frozen solid, but it was still able to be manipulated to fit your needs. I was able to use it on my back intermittently for 6 hours before refreezing.I also tried using this hot. The directions on the pack says to heat in microwave for 20 seconds. I put in in for a total of 60 seconds. It definitely needed more time in the microwave to get to a nice, hot temperature but I heard popping noises and I was afraid it would burst, so I removed it. The heat lasted about 20 mins before starting to cool down. The pack is smooth on one side and has a velvety fabric on the other. It comes with a strap to attach to arms or legs. It's great as an ice pack and that is how I will continue to use it.
