I was a little skeptical on purchasing this massage pillow because with the chronic back pain & tenderness I have all the time, things like this usually are painful to me BUT I really enjoy this thing. I position it on my back as well as under my legs and feet. It has heat which is a nice feature and not just a couple of the massage nodes, instead it has several so your massage covers the area you have it on. It's also a good size, like a couch pillow, and has a little handle for easy carrying. I use mine for home and work, whether I'm relaxing in front of the TV or sitting at my desk while working. I think this is something good to have around home, it can come in handy!Update bought June 9th 2021 today is August 2,2021 and it no longer works ? the mesh poped off the sem, exposing the message knobs. ?I like the size and the heat is a plus, also feels nice on my lower back. Easy to carry around I wish it was rechargeable.Dislike the electric cord it came with. ? it's very thin and like others messagers I have purchased, it usually burns out and I'm left without a plug. I won’t buy this one again.I get a lot of massage, but don't like spending the money. I was hoping to get some massagers that would help take care of general muscle tightness so time spent with a real massage therapist would be more effective and of greater quality.I ordered many massagers to try out – two shoulder versions, two pillow massagers, one in-chair massager and this Keenray.hands down the Keenray gives the most bang for the buck ! it's best for the back (raising up and down to target different areas), but also really good for calves, IT bands, stomach, quads, glutes, feet, arms, etc.also a friend of mine came over and tried some of the massagers when I had them. he ended up buying one of these Keenray massagers too.My husband is an investment banker and who usually work long hours each day. Before Covid 19, he needs to do massage for his back twice a month. Since Covid19 pandemic, he did not get out to do massage any more. I bought it for him as a present. He tried it and loved it. 8 balls with 15 minutes massage helped him relieve the pain of his back. It is quite easy to carry and can put on the chair when he wants to relax. He also love the heating function, which is definitely a value add point. now he can enjoy it without getting out to visit spa store.A very excellent gift that express my love to him.impression 1, the massager didn't come with leather cover and weird smell, which would have troubled my pregnant wife. the surface is quite soft to touch.impression 2, we like to use it flat down and put our calves on it, it helps with relaxing the muscles while you still have the flexibility to do other things.impression 3, simple design, only one button and easy to use. Neither of us likes to read a long manual and use a product with lots of functions that we dont even care. If you like something simple, this is the one.I had an issue with this unit which the seller was adamant to resolve and they did, they made up for the way the product initially performed with their excellent after service and overall I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this seller.i have a bad back and have had a few procedures on it - this is a fantastic massager - the heat is fantastic on it too! all i would say is, if you are trying to get it to massage the lower back, turn it upside down! it works so much better!!It's ok but not the link from the plug to the back massager keeps on coming off. I Know you are meant to seat still. But still?It is good massage cushion
