Arrived when they said they would. Look exactly like what appears in the photo. Suited our needs perfectly.very solid chairsgood qualityBought these for a newly-remodeled dental office. They had the modern look we were going for but are sturdy and had a higher weight rating than a lot of other chairs of similar style and price. The boxes were in rough shape when they arrived and the cushions were fine but some of the chrome was scratched because they just weren’t wrapped well enough for the treatment the boxes received. Like others said, I was also missing one bolt and had to go find it at the hardware store. They too are just not secure enough and probably fell out of the damage holes in the boxes. They were pretty easy to put together, look amazing (we got the brown and it’s beautiful), and are comfortable. We’re happy with this choice!Were use these at our kitchen table and they are very comfortable and great quality.very comfortable, great looking chairsPieces broke off easily after putting it togetherWonderful customer service.
