All in all this is a great third party replacement shell for the New Nintendo 3DS. I had no issues with fitting it onto the system, and it snaps on just like the first party options, and the quality is quite good. I think that it might scuff a little more easily than the standard plates, but that’s not to big of a deal. On top of that these shells were super cheap, especially compared to the now escalated prices for the first party versions. Since they’re black, I’m thinking about maybe putting some stickers on them or decorating them some other way. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap replacement option for their New 3DS shells.
