These pillows are actually quite amazing. They're customizable, comfortable, and of great quality. They arrive vacuum-sealed and in a small white fabric tube but once removed from the packaging, they puff right up! Initially, they're quite dense and are a much firmer pillow but if this isn't your preferred type of pillow you can remove handfuls of the memory foam shreds and adjust it to you! I found that the tube the pillows arrive in makes a great storage vessel for the foam. It keeps it contained, and clean and stores it for later usage. The pillows also have two separate covers, one inner layer for holding the memory foam chunks and another outer protective layer. I will say I haven't noticed much of a cooling effect, but that was never the selling point for me anyway.I saw quite a few reviews stating that these pillows had a particularly bad smell to them but that wasn't the case with our pillows.These pillows have truly been the best pillow purchase I've made online! My husband and I love them and we've been disappointed by many a pillow in the past. I would highly recommend these!
