Easy to assemble, everything came nicely packaged. Look folks every office chair you read reviews about will have bad reviews. I don't care how expensive it is...I bought this chair because it was mid price range in MY BUDGET. No way I would spend top dollar for something that is NOT a one size fit all body type. I highly recommend it when it is available. I wanted to order another one after getting this one for my wife and they were out of stock. It does not do reclining, it is an officer chair so keep that in mind. The support is amazing and I even sit in it when we watch our TV shows at night. She no longer has back issues after working a long day. This chair is a must purchase.This is a good chair. Affordable and comfortable. The back is tall and the seat is wide and long.Chair arrived quickly. All parts were in box easy to assemble. It smells a bit chemically but will just need to air out a bit and wipe down. Overall good chair so farComfy big chairThere are a lot of parts to this chair but the assembly went very well. It does take two people for some steps of the assembly.Only thing I would change is the chair raising up a bit more…I am short and prefer to sit higher in my chair so I can reach all things on my desk. I have a cushion in my chair that is for posture improvement so that compensates for the chair not going up quite as much as I would like.
