So I have one that is similar and had to get one for my husband. We do spur of the moment road trips and biking outings so something like this day pack is a godsend because a bulky backpack is uncomfortable and heavy. The pictures you see is the day pack with one change of clothes (including an XL hoodie), his small shaving kit filled with essentials and a small vinyl bag with his portable charger, charging port and cords. Mind you, he's a 6 ft 1in man who is 205 lbs so his clothing isn't small. Packed just right, this 15L day pack turns into a perfect overnight bag, a pack for heavier items like water bottles, trail mix, or even a hiking tent if rolled tightly. It has reinforced seams and wide shoulder straps made for comfort with a light padding in them. One shoulder strap has a netted pocket with a drawstring closure that has a cord lock on it to put anything in, but I think its for easy access to a cell phone. The outside pocket is narrow but the depth covers about 3 quarters of the total length of the pack. It's great for little things like keys, a wallet, a cold weather emergency blanket, medications, snack bars or fruit leather. It has the two netted sides where you can put personal water bottles or plastic and the elastic has a wide range stretch however, I recommend a tall thin water bottle though because I did try to fit my 40oz insulated water bottle and it stretched the elastic to the limit. The bottle's circumference has a large diameter so it would've wore the elastic out sooner than the intended life of the day pack. I side there is a deep pocket on the back of the pack and thsts nice to have if you want to keep some items seperate. I don't think anything that isn't flexible would be too good for that pocket given that its the part that sits against your back. There is also a flap pocket inside, again for smaller items like travel toiletries, smaller sized snacks, or even undergarments and socks. I am happy that I decided to get this day pack for my husband because we can now travel knowing we don't have to take a bunch of stuff and that the stuff we do want to take will fit perfectly in both of our day packs. There are a couple of colors to choose from, and honestly, I did think it was a bit pricey at first but when I witnessed the durability, the strength of the seams and quality/capability of the zipper, that all went right out of my mind. Its worth it. I know if you like to travel light, do any sort of biking or day/overnight hiking trips, this day pack will leave you pleasantly surprised for its lightweight fabric, reinforced seams, multi-pockets, capacity, and the ease and comfort in which it is carried.
