I leave massager out at all times so it’s convenient. It’s amazing how a few minutes a night breaks down tight knots. Sure beats driving to a massage therapist and spending over a hundred for ONE session. Now, I can get a self massage any time I want one AND exactly where I need it and for how long.Very easy to use .. To learn how to use . works so nice . The arm straps work perfectly. You can maneuver the massage in and around neck .I can even get my shoulder pain . I also like the heat as you actually feel it quite quickly . I love this ., I even leave it plugged in. I just sit down and turn on and massage my neck . Really Great ...It is so bulky, you can't really lean back and relax while it massages your neck or back. I do like it though as it really digs into the muscles. It is supposed to turn off after 15 minutes - sometimes it does, sometimes is does not.For some reason I was expecting this to be battery operated. Unfortunately, this massager has to remain plugged in in order to be used. Since the massager has to remain plugged in, it would be helpful to have a longer power cord. I find it awkward to be close to an outlet and try to use this. I use an extension cord and that helps. That said, it does work well and I find it helpful in relieving sore muscles. I like the different functions and that the rollers go different directions. Overall, the massager works well.Wow!! Why have I waited SOO long to find this?? Easy to use, cozy & works for so many different areas. Originally got it for my neck & back, but been having lots of stomach/cramping & leg pain and works amazing for these parts too! (Actually ended up using it more for these parts for when I lay in bed) Not only does it help with physical pain, I feel a big difference emotionally/anxiety wise when I use it. It eases my worries a bit and calms me down a lot. The shipping is crazy fast. Seller shipped my ordered a few hours after being placed, never received it but wasn’t sellers fault, was Amazon’s fault. Ordered a new one few days later & got it the next day!!! For this price, will NOT stop using this. And if it breaks will order another one! Sooo worth it.We love this product, but when I bought it I didn’t realize it has to stay plugged in to use. I thought that was just how you charged it. I would prefer a cordless massager, but otherwise it’s wonder and has helped my back a lotI cannot review this product because I purchased it to give as a gift. I am hopeful it is as described.i'm a massage therapist with 20 years experience and i bought this to use on myself after work. it really works and can dig in as deep tissue as you want it or it can be used for less pressure. you can move it around to hit sore spots too.I was so excited to receive this and on arrival, I plugged it in to a socket which was switched off initially. On switching it on, the plug exploded and broke apart in my head. The loud bang caused temporary tinnitus for me, my husband and presumably our 6 month old son. I was also left with burning and tingling in my arm. After contacting my GP, I was advised to attend A&E for assessment (not where I want to be given the current pandemic). All in all, I'm more tense than I was before I bought this machine to ease my tension. I have requested a refund from Amazon and have contacted the manufacturer direct to complain.I have chronic muscle muscle tension and knots in my neck, shoulder, traps. This device really really hits all those sweet spots. I have bought a million and one self massage devices, nothing works quite as well as this one. The pressure of the rollers is firm and goes deeply into the muscle knots. I especially love the option of having 3 speeds and 2 directions to choose from. The heat is just nice for me, it warms the cold muscles up nicely on cold nights. I sleep much better now. There's also something about the way the rollers are programmed, that you really feel like you're getting a massage from an actual pair of hands. The device is really good quality, the straps feel like soft leather. This is a really really good buy for under £40!!!After using the item for the recommended 15 minutes, I switched it off but didn’t unplug from the wall. A few minutes later, the plug literally exploded into pieces with a massive bang. The house’s power was knocked out. Luckily nobody was hurt, but my ears are still ringing a day later, my nerves are still tender and the plug is clearly not usable again. Now I have no way of using the product and I think I will be too scared in any case. At first I felt guilty as if I have done something wrong, but now I have read similar reviews of it exploding with other customers. Amazon gave me a full refund, but how this product has not been pulled from the market I do not understand. They will get into real trouble when somebody is seriously injured or a house burnt down.Ich kann vom dem Kauf dieses Gerätes aus Sicherheitsgründen nur abraten!!Beim dritten Einsatz ist das Gerät nach 5 Minuten ausgegangen. Das konnte ich mir nicht ganz erklären, da ich es an diesem Tag überhaupt nicht genutzt habe. Auf jeden Fall, während ich an den Knöpfen gedrückt habe um es wieder zu starten, gab es einen Lauten Knall und mein Fernseher und Licht gingen aus. Meine Sicherung im Wohnzimmer wurde ausgelöst, das Netzteil ist EXPLODIERT, der Deckel wurde auf die andere Seite des Zimmers katapultiert.
