The item is nicely packaged. The finish was nice.We purchased the brushed nickel version since our other fixtures have recently been changed from chrome to nickle. The main reason we purchased this is since we had a loose handle.Just note if your current handle is loose, you may not need to purchase a new handle. If you remove the two set screws with hex driver you can remove one side of the handle. This will expose two hidden phillips head screws. Just tightening those would have fixed my loose handle issue. Only tightening the hex screws on the outside will not fix the looseness.I have no long term data on this handle, we just installed this today.
