You guys, I bought this for the sole reason of trying to straighten and reliving the tiredness of my hunched back, I mean I’m probably exaggerating on the hunched back, but it sure feels like it, I am sooo forgetful of keeping my back straight, so my upper back feels it now. Not only is it helping me with the tiredness feeling, but I experienced something soooooooo unexpected, within the 1st 5 minutes i repeat the first 5 minutes of laying on this thing my whole entire body started relaxing and i mean I can’t explain it!! I immediately start feeling such a fast overcoming feeling of relaxation, now, I do have to mention that laying on it is uncomfortable, I know, you’re probably confused as to HOW do I feel relaxed if it’s uncomfortable ?? we’ll I’m not even sure how either! the thing is, I don’t just lay on it and be done, I place a traveling pillow on obviously my neck, close my eyes and actually try to relax and enjoy the feeling of how my back is forcefully straightening itself… THATS an amazing feeling, and also the point of when my head and body starts experiencing that overcoming feeling of relaxation, I could swear on it as a tool to de stress after a long day! Oh !! Lol, I also have to mention ummmm… I am 200 lbs so I do have to use it lightly and not completely put a lot of pressure on it because at one point it did kind of wanted to bend a bit?? If that makes sense ??‍♀️ I mean its very sturdy for someone on the light side? And I did read on someone’s review that her husband somehow didn’t work for him, and I can see why, just be light on it :) Hope this review helped!I have to admit, when I ordered this... I didn't truly believe it would work (or work very well). The box it came in doesn't really tell much about the product and how to effectively use it. Wasn't really expecting much from this purchase. But I have sciatica/degenerative discs/bulging discs (and lots of chronic back pain) so I was willing to add just about anything to my back-care-regimen to improve pain levels. What the product DOESN'T mention is that you have to lie on the product for several minutes; not just "lie on the product, *crack crack crack* and POOF! No pain!" because no. That's not how spines work, lol. It isn't the most comfortable product to use but let me tell you... it REALLY helps. I've gone from taking 1-2 tylenol every few hours to *MAYBE* 1-2 tylenol EVERY OTHER WEEK. And no, contrary to TikTok beliefs, you will NOT void your bowels while using this properly. If that's happening, you need to put the back stretcher away and give your Gastroenterologist a call.The product is small and light enough that it's easy to move and easy to use. When my wife uses it, it cracks her back well, however, when I use it, I have yet to have any luck with it. Overall, she was the one having the issues and it has helped her. For the price, I would recommend getting it. The different settings really help and are nice as well.Having lower back pain was becoming a menace and not wanting to pay expensive prices for a chiropractor, I had come across this back stretcher. I had seen it advertised before and seeing other reviews, especially how this product is almost as effective as going to a chiropractor and getting adjusted. Just like anyone else I was very skeptical, but after thinking on it, I decided to go ahead and try it. When it came in, I opened it made the correct adjustment, and immediately felt relief. I asked my husband to try it, with him also having lower back problems I thought it would help. Unfortunately, because of his height it did not work for him, but we had his brother try it, and immediately you could hear his back pop. Definitely an item that is underestimated. It helped me quite a bit, but also may not help others.Love it! Second level popped my back and when I use it at my desk, the bumps feel like a little massage on my back while giving me great back support while working for long periods of time. Also can get tiny back pops with it while sitting with it behind my back. Its great, easy to set up and gets that back pop/crunch!The teacher is easy to use, I use it 2 times a day for 5 minutes each, and makes my working day a lot more flexible and less complaint with my lower back.My son has a slight curvature of the spine that causes pain when standing a long time at work. I purchased this out of desperation. Is it a cure? No. But it does provide some relief for a longer period of time than nothing at all. Anyone with back pain issues knows it’s an uphill battle to be taken seriously. So far this has given him more relief than nothing at all. It’s at least worth trying.It works great. The material could be tougher for me being a bigger person but overall would defiantly recommend
