What I've learned about purchasing pillows is that you really have to try them before buying however ordering online is so much more convenient so this is what I've been doing recently. Let me tell you one thing, do not judge any pillow by the reviews it gets on Amazon. Pillows are very individualized and so personal for what one person likes and another person doesn't. I chose these because I have many bedding products for Bedsure and they are seriously the best! These pillows in particular are very soft and fluffy. I do not like firm pillow so if you're looking for firm these are not for you. But at the same time they are not mushy. They are basically very cloud-like and soft to the touch. Like I said though, you have to try them for yourself. I ordered several pillows before this and tried them because they got good reviews and they were not to my liking so I was able to send them back. I'm sticking to these!
