Love, love, love this back brace! I was able to work outside (cleaning up a tree stump, moving soil in the wheel barrow, picking up sticks) most of the day yesterday without any pain while working or after. My back usually starts to hurt soon after I start and I can only work for a couple of hours. Then after, it hurts to sit, stand or bend. Not with this brace! Not only did I work outside yesterday, but I was able to today as well. Before the brace arrived, I worked in the yard two days in a row and my back hurt for about a week after.I will be ordering one for my husband and my parents!
