Overall I like this product. I think they are on to something. It has to be folded to use in a microwave with a lazy Susan that rotates. If not it could catch & overheat during the recommended time. It’s comfortable. If it was a bit more flexible it would be better for using on top of shoulders & of other parts of the body.Lightweight (as compared to others), very soft, insides easily distributed to match your need, stays warm for long period. At first it has a strange but not horrific odor which is fading with use. I prefer this hugely over other microwavable choices. My shoulders and neck very much enjoy the heat delivery.Just what I was searching for. I had stiff neck and needed something to help. This heating pad did just the trick. Microwave a few minutes and whole ready to go. No annoying cords or bulky pads to fit the way you need them. Heat retains for about 30-45 min while I continue about my day. This is a must have for all householdI do enjoy this item. It's a moist heat & honestly you only need to heat it in the microwave for a little over a minute. It feels amazing. I have had the replacement product now for 3 weeks using constantly every day due to a pinched nerve in my neck. Used the item 4 or 5 times on the first day, and while it is not as effective as a hot water bottle, is far more convenient and offers comparable heating and a lovely wrap around the neck.The handles are also a nice touch.Sadly the item burst in the microwave upon the 5th or 6th use so had to return the item.Love this heat pad, after being diagnosis with cervical spondylosis I was looking for something to ease the pain. The pad is easy to heat up soft comfortable, long enough & great to have the handles that you can pull on to get right into affective areas. I would definitely recommend this product.I suffer from next and shoulder ache / pain muscle tightening and this heat pad certainly help it downs cure but helps relax the muscles I find it particularly helpful when I’ve had a massage or manipulation, placing it on my neck just keeps everything warm and happy.. it’s a good purchase.. I will say very stiff at first but do as they say which is to shake it about after heating in the microwave and it does soften… hope this helps otherAt first I thought this was great, mostly to do with the handles so I could keep it in place round my neck. I find that I need to keep giving it a shake though as the beads run to each end. Needs more beads inside tbh.
