Order went smoothly, received them timely without concern for the supply chain problems. All came in good condition, easy to install, look great. As we expand, we will order from you again!We finally got around to installing them. We wired them all up, hung them up, and only 3 of the 6 purchased work. They are all wired the same, but half do not work. Of the three that do work, only one of the LED lights actually works. We have extensively checked all connections and can't come up with a reason for them not working. Hopefully the manufacturer will get back to me to clear this up. I can modify my review at that time as it seems like a great product......if it works.Received the box of 6 red emergency exit lights, removed and opened a light box, started to remove cover by releasing tabs and the cover cracks between the tab retainers, same thing happens with next 2 that I opened. Used a small flat screwdriver to release tabs and at first lift the cover cracks. 4 out of 6 now have a crack at tab locations. Pic shows area, yes these covers have a natural curve in them. Luckily we will be wall mounting these and have the "extra" cover that would be used for 2-sided view. Labels for wire termination wrong on 2 of the 6 (120v and 277v labels were on the wrong wires) and wire labels didn't stay on the rest (had at least 2 labels sitting in the light housing). BE SURE TO REFER TO INSTRUCTIONS, plug the battery pack harness into the light board and refer to the wiring termination (regarding 120v BLACK and 277v RED or ORANGE), don't rely on the labels ! The plastic used seems very brittle/cheap/thin/not very durable. We will be installing a few today, may add to the review.Meet City requirements for fire safety.Needed exit lights for a commercial building. These have the battery backup and are a no brainer for the cost! Good purchase.Worked perfectly. All lights function, nice and bright.these are greatThey appeared to have been opened and a little dirty. Not used but opened.
