I dont know why these are therapeutic gloves. I wear them at night to keep my hands warm. They are easy to put on or off. I add a freetoo wrist brace for extra support. My hands do not like to be cold.The gloves do run large. I take a large/X-large cycling glove, so I ordered these in a large. They're a bit loose, and the finger lengths are a bit odd. Some are fine, other fingers are significantly longer than my fingers.I haven't had them long enough to tell if they actually work, but they do seem sturdy and solidly made. Even if they don't work, they're worth the cost just to have a pair of lightweight gloves for the 'tween seasons.I got these as a gift for my wife. She uses them for horseback riding mostly but because they fit into various gloves they are becoming a permeant feature when ever gloves are worn. She loves them and her arthritic hands feel much better and work better when she wears them. Accept no substitutes!The gloves fit great and help with circulation.I based my purchase on the reviews posted for these gloves. I suffer from Reynaud's Syndrome and have been looking for some gloves to ease the pain and keep my fingertips warm. Winter is an extremely bad time of year but I also have problems in the frozen food section of the grocery store in the middle of summer and at home when I am working with frozen products. These gloves have done nothing to help the situation. They do not provide the infrared ray magnetic properties advertised in the description. I have worn them under several different gloves and my fingers still freeze up even when I wear them indoors. Maybe they work for arthritis but they did not help me with my Reynaud's symptoms.I bought for help with Raynaud's. Unfortunately for me, it's not enough. I think they would work great for people working outdoors though. Well made and comfortable. Just not what I needed.The thumb has a hole after a dozen times using and they do not fit very well. Short fingers fat wrist. Not worth the money. I wish I could return mine.I purchased these for my raynaurds symptoms while in cold places like the grocery store. They are thin and easy to keep in the bottom of my purse. I do have to remember to put them on before my fingers go numb. The gloves take a while to warm my hands up if I put them on after I have symptoms. Kinda pricey though.I got these gloves for my girlfriend who has constant cold hands. They work fine if you wear them with already warm hands but they are completely useless if your hands are already cold. Anyway this is also stated by the manufacturer. You should wear them at least 30 minutes before going out if you want to experience any beneficial effect.not worth the money can buy same type of gloved for less than half of this price did not work for meVery good, but I bought the medium size as the small measured to short from finger to wrist.
